The warranty does not cover:
- Scratches due to improper use.
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper use.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than VALUED-LINE.
4. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. - Our team will review your claim. If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number.
- Send your product back to us, including your return authorization number and proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your returned order, our team will inspect it and contact you regarding the next steps.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products back for warranty claims.
5. Warranty Service

The choice of 7mm round HDPE wicker weave in this set is not only realistic in appearance but also incredibly durable, ensuring you can enjoy it for years to come. This set is weatherproof and rustproof, so it can remain outside year-round, although it will last even longer if stored under cover from the elements.
The coffee table comes with a cement fiberboard top, providing you with a safe and wipe-clean surface for refreshments and ornaments. You wouldn't have to worry about any drinks or food stains on the surface.
