Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is effective for 14-days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

For return, please email us at: care@valuedline.co.uk with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 8-days, depending on your bank.
