Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our return policy is effective for 14 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging or have never been used. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns:
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you can return it following our return guidelines.

For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is GBP 0.00, but a 20% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
For your responsibility (Customer Remorse)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake doesn’t need any more or if the wrong products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual cost of return shipping. The Re-stocking fee is GBP 0.00, but a 20% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at care@valuedline.co.uk . The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
