Shipping Policy

 

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Charges

Enjoy free shipping on all orders of £200.00 GBP or more within the United Kingdom. A shipping fee of £15.00 GBP applies to orders under £200.00 GBP.



Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

 

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after placing the order.

Handling time is 1-3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time is  4-7 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

All orders ship the same day if placed before 5.00 PM (Greenwich Mean Time)

Your order will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days. Most orders are shipped using our trusted third-party freight carriers. For larger items requiring freight shipping (via 18-wheeler), you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery. To avoid delays, please ensure that you provide the correct phone number during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates based on the date an order is dispatched, taking into account transit times. Some deliveries may take longer due to factors such as incorrect addresses, adverse weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

 

Order Confirmation

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

 

Order Payment 

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in GBP. 

 

Separate Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to warehouse locations or product availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional shipping cost.

 

Order Cancellation and Change Requests

You may request to cancel or modify your order (e.g., change the quantity, color, size, or shipping address) within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we can no longer guarantee changes or cancellations, as we process orders immediately. If we can cancel the order after 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover costs already incurred.

 

Returns and Restocking Fees

Our return policy is effective for 14 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Approved returns will be refunded in full, minus a 20% restocking fee.

 

Backordered or Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email. If you agree to wait and the item becomes available within 14 days, we will proceed with your order. If the item is still unavailable after 14 days, we will offer a refund or the option to choose another product.

 

If your parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please reject it and contact our customer service immediately. If you were not present during delivery, please contact us for further instructions.



What happens after I place an order?

You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your order number and your order receipt. Your order will typically ship out within 1-3 business days (not including holidays). Products that have customizations will take longer to ship out.

Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox.

If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email care@valuedline.co.uk with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received" and someone from our team will get in touch with you.

We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after we receive the customizations.

 

Which carriers do you ship with?

We utilize several trusted carriers for shipping within the United Kingdom, including Royal Mail, DHL, and DPD. For high-value orders, our carriers may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt.



How do I check the status of my order?

Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email care@valuedline.co.uk and we will assist you from there.
