Separate Shipments

Order Cancellation and Change Requests

After this period, we can no longer guarantee changes or cancellations, as we process orders immediately. If we can cancel the order after 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover costs already incurred.
Returns and Restocking Fees
Our return policy is effective for 14 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Approved returns will be refunded in full, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Backordered or Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email. If you agree to wait and the item becomes available within 14 days, we will proceed with your order. If the item is still unavailable after 14 days, we will offer a refund or the option to choose another product.
If your parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please reject it and contact our customer service immediately. If you were not present during delivery, please contact us for further instructions.
What happens after I place an order?
You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your order number and your order receipt. Your order will typically ship out within 1-3 business days (not including holidays). Products that have customizations will take longer to ship out.

Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual cost of return shipping.
