2. What's Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Defects in the material, such as not match to our promises.
- Damaged your order items, before using and opening your new order.
- Mismatch of size, color or type after your order has been delivered.
3. What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Scratches due to improper use.
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper use.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than VALUED-LINE.
4. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim. If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number.
- Send your product back to us, including your return authorization number and proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your returned order, our team will inspect it and contact you regarding the next steps.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products back for warranty claims.
5. Warranty Service
If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it at our discretion. If the exact model is not available for replacement, a model of equal value and similar style will be provided.
