1. Warranty Period
Our eyewear is covered by a warranty of 100-days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
2. What's Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Defects in the material, such as frame warping or discoloration.
- Defects in workmanship, such as loose hinges or misaligned lenses.
- Peeling or flaking of lens coatings.
3. What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Scratches on lenses caused by improper handling or cleaning.
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper use.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than FOCULLY.
- Normal wear and tear, including lens scratches or gradual degradation of frame material.
4. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim. If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number.
- Send your eyewear back to us, including your return authorization number and proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your returned eyewear, our team will inspect it and contact you regarding the next steps.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products back for warranty claims.
5. Warranty Service
If your eyewear is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it at our discretion. If the exact model is not available for replacement, a model of equal value and similar style will be provided.
