What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards:

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 48–hours of an item being returned to us. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering & Delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes! You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. We do recommend that you create an account to check your order. We've made the registration process easy, welcome now to our family Here.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24–hours, please get in touch at care@valuedline.co.uk.

I need to discount code for my order, can you help me?

Sure! Please contact our customer support team via Contact Us page and let us know your request. We will help you.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only 24–hours of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via care@valuedline.co.uk, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

How do I change my shipping address?

Please email us at care@valuedline.co.uk as soon as possible if you have entered an incorrect shipping address, and please provide us the correct details. We will try our best to get these changes in before it's too late. 

When will my order arrive?

Can I track my order?

Yes! We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery in your delivery confirmation emails. By the way, you can track your order manually from Here.

How do I place an order?

To place an order online, simply click "Add To Cart" on your preferred product and proceed to "Checkout." Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout. 

To place orders by phone, call us at (+44) 0333 090 5262. You will receive an immediate order confirmation, and we will start to process your order right away.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Sure! You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14–days after receiving it.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer care team via care@valuedline.co.uk. Providing the return is within the 14–days cancellation period.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. 

What if I receive my item(s) damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to care@valuedline.co.uk and we will process a replacement or compensation.
